Art Minus brings over 14 years of experience in relationship management and business development to The Zachary Group. He has a proven track record of prioritizing client results while building strong, lasting partnerships.
Before joining The Zachary Group, Art was with NetSuite and Oracle, where he thrived as both a field sales representative and a Regional Sales Director. During that tenure at Oracle/NetSuite, Art was the direct field account executive for some of the largest Fortune 100 enterprises, including Home Depot, McDonald’s, ConocoPhillips, Boeing, and Target to name a few. In these roles, he developed the ability to streamline the priorities of numerous people, departments, and objectives into a cohesive, and achievable plan. This skill has been instrumental in helping clients meet their goals and drive long-term success.
Art’s approach is guided by a commitment to understanding what each client considers a "win" and aligning organizational resources to achieve that “win”. Every client is unique, and it is never safe to assume what their drive is, what their concerns are or where their priorities lie.
Outside of work, Art is a father of five who enjoys coaching and actively engaging in his children’s activities. He also serves as the Youth Sports Commissioner for the Bloomington Athletic Association, where he supports and mentor’s young athletes in an effort to re-live his glory days.
