This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Minneapolis, MN. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their insurance needs, procuring appropriate insurance products, and ensuring optimal coverage. Daily tasks include client communication, risk assessment, policy management, and assisting clients with claims and coverage questions. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers to deliver the highest quality service.

• Account management, client relations, and risk assessment skills
• Experience in procuring insurance products and understanding policy details
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with insurance management software and other relevant tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience in the insurance industry would be advantageous
